Ordering Policy
Sea Creations ships wholesale only to retail stores, zoos, and other tourist attractions.

All Items to be name dropped
must meet a 24 piece minimum.
Any orders that don't meet the above requirements will be cancelled.
FAXED ORDERS: Orders can be faxed to our 24 hour fax line at 407-857-9372.

MAIL ORDERS: Mail to Sea Creations, 307 27th St. Orlando, FL 32806.
ONLINE ORDERING: The shopping cart program will automatically tabulate the items you have ordered. You will receive confirmation of your order via email.Shipping charges will be added upon fulfillment of your order.
Delivery
DELIVERY SCHEDULE: Generally orders are shipped within 3-5 business days depending on inventory. To insure a fast delivery we suggest emailing, faxing, or calling your order in.
SHIPPING: Generally, orders will be shipped via FedEx ground unless otherwise specified. Goods being shipped to Hawaii or Caribbean Islands will be shipped via U.S. Post Office, priority mail. Please contact us to specify if your company prefers not to receive pallets as a shipping option. We send all packages ground, unless otherwise stated when ordering.
RETURNS: Return authorization is required for any return. Customer service must be contacted. Any defective goods will be replaced or credited upon notification. Goods returned for other reasons will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Other
TERMS: Net 30 days FOB Orlando with approved credit. We suggest credit card (MasterCard or Visa is accepted) on your first purchase in order to expedite shipping while credit is being approved.
DISPLAY POLICY: Displays are generally provided at your cost. In most cases we will offer free goods to help off-set this cost.
